You can set the queue up as long as you'd like, but we will work through each project on a scale of importance. Once we start a project we will finish before moving on to the next project.
However you'd prefer. We like what you like but we recommend using your private dashboard that you get access to upon signing up where you can use your very own chat portal.
Our account manager will give you a step-by-step checklist on how to set it up and use it. We can of course keep to email if you prefer that sort of thing.

For the starter pack, 2-4 business days. For the unlimited package, 1-2 business days. Sometimes you can receive first drafts of creative even sooner! Our designers work in 24-hour periods so we like to move quickly as soon as projects land.
You can increase chances of receiving your creatives back quicker if you are more thorough in your briefs and make sure to provide all appropriate assets, links to brand collateral, etc!
This will save on any back and forth time wasted. If a foreseen amount of time is needed on any projects, our design lead will communicate this with you so you are always up to date.
Yes! If you're not 100% satisfied with our service in the first 14-days, you can cancel and request a refund no questions asked. We value your trust and partnership more than anything.
